Hello, I am Sankalp Shubham. I am currently working on experiments on frontier benchmarks and RL environments at Prime Intellect RL residency. See this and this.
My experience and interests involve evaluations, rl environments industry, post-training, inference/kernel optimisation and lately agent swarms and alignment.
I have worked in the industry for a little over 4 years now. Previously worked as a founding AI engineer at an early stage startup, done applied AI consulting with multiple startups/individuals and was a backend engineer at an MNC for first 2 years. When I say AI engineering, I mean building stuff with and around LLMs. I liked the definition by Karpathy - context engineering.
